We had got our driveway done last year by Pro Concrete and had a wonderful experience dealing with their team. Our driveway looks great and a lot of our neighbours have inquired about Pro Concrete. After our characteristic Canadian Winter I noticed droplets of water in the cold cellar seeping from the porch above. I called Pro Concrete and Rick from Servicing immediately responded. I sent Rick a detailed email and photographs of the issue. He contacted me and said though the turnaround for the service was few weeks later because of their scheduling, he would ask for an exception from his superiors and come earlier to look at the problem because he sensed my concern. Well Rick and Daniel came and did the needful to address the issue. And again as before they were polite, precise and efficient in their approach. I contacted Rick a few days later (as he had suggested monitoring after the service call) and he again came back and further reinforced the caulking. Throughout the process,I felt that I was dealing with family and that they had my back. I have referred the company to another friend of mine. I truly believe in service par excellence and this company defines it.
