Follow Up Is Excellent! Book them now!
I use Homestars and many other websites to scour for reviews all the time before investing my hard earned cash. I want the very BEST to do the job for the BEST PRICE AND QUALITY...Period. When so many people say that something is great...it really is..and Pro Concrete is no exception. We booked our exposed aggregate and stamped concrete border project last year a little later than we should have (companies get busy quick, especially good ones), as I was incessantly researching for the best company. Pro Concrete was so busy that they were scheduling for late October when I called. Two other neighbours selected other companies because they were cheaper and faster and comparing theirs to mine now, hands down, our driveway is much nicer with much less hassle involved when the work was being done! Unfortunately, the snow came early this past year and our project got pushed back a bit. The job got done and was beautiful, but quite literally, it was snowing heavily the day they finished and we knew there would be follow up needed in the spring. I called them first thing in the spring, when I knew the snow was gone for follow up work...the next day they showed up, fixed the repairs and completely recoated my driveway with sealant. I couldn't be happier. They are worth the price and the owner, Silvio is very professional and stands behind his work...don't hesitate. If I move again, I'll be calling Pro Concrete for my next job.
