We contracted PRO concrete to install our front steps and walkway to replace the original inter-locking brick design. We are retired seniors and my wife used to be an Interior Designer. We were pleasantly surprised to find PRO-con to be very professional in all aspect of their business, starting with their design proposal and quote accompanied by CV outlining their standard design and specification, cost estimate and work schedule.
They have an Organization and System that are very effective and efficient. With regard to their customer service, we were impressed by thoughts given to our neighbors for dust created by washing some of the neighbors’ cars and driveways. Obviously, feed back we received from them were all positive. We were very glad to see that Eugene was very receptive to my wife’s change in design and scope. Also we were surprised to see Silvio visit us to inquire if we were satisfied with his completed project. We certain have no reservation in recommending PRO-con based on our experiences with them.
