My review is about a year overdue! We had Pro Concrete do our front stairs and porch in stamped concrete in June-July 2014. Arranging the job was easy and we were presented with multiple options. Their pricing was competitive with other companies I received quotes from.
The crews that came out to do the work were very professional. Without exception every member was friendly and easy to work with. A great bunch of guys. Even after the plans had been made and agreed to they were open to making a few minor changes that I believe greatly enhanced the appearance of our porch.
During the winter of 2014 a small piece of the bullnose edging came off. I contacted Pro Concrete and plans were arranged for repair, all I had to do was send and email with an attached photo. A few weeks later John came over (who had originally done our porch). He did the repair (it looks great) and he even helped me reseal it! Above and beyond service all the way.
I would recommend this company to family or friends (and I already have). Good experience from start to finish.
