As we continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19, our office remains open and estimators are still providing quotes. The safety of our customers and staff is our primary concern. Pro Concrete is committed to complete your project to the highest standards possible! We recognize that circumstances of this nature are concerning and would like to reassure all our valued customers requesting quotes & those having their concrete projects completed that we haven taken precautions that will provide a safer experience.

Quote Requests Procedures:

A Pro Concrete representative will be required to wear gloves at all times. All customers will be contacted via phone, while being on the premises. The quote will be left in the mailbox or emailed. Any further questions with regards to the quote can be directed to the estimator.

Onsite Construction Procedures:

Workers working on the jobsite will be provided with gloves at all times. Crews working on your property will be no larger than 8 people. Our crews have been instructed to be extra diligent in clean up procedures.

Although health Canada has classified the risk to Canadians as low, were taking extra precautions to protect our clients and staff. This includes encouraging and supporting staff to stay home if they are unwell, providing regular prevention practice updates and following government recommendations

We also ask that you do not visit our office if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms.

Fever
Cough
Difficulty breathing/shortness of breath
Have travelled to any area with ongoing spread of COVID-19
Live with someone who recently travelled to an area with an ongoing spread of COVID

During these times of uncertainty, going through COVID-19. Pro Concrete & Paving realizes the severity of the issue and empathizes with all, undergoing these conditions. We hope that everyone is taking the necessary precautions to keep all safe and well.

At Pro Concrete & Paving we have strict protocols to ensure everyone’s safety during this time. These include our estimators being supplied with all necessary PPE to conduct on-site meetings. We contact our customers prior to arriving on-site to request how they wish for this meeting to take place. We provide options. Customers can either advise estimators what they want without going out of their homes by phone or by simply speaking through an open door or window. We can provide quotes with measurements provided by customers. We can even meet customers outside of their homes provided the proper distancing and PPE practices are being used. We encourage no touching of any kind. We will leave estimates in mailboxes or we can provide quotations by email. All at customers' request.

During the COVID-19 supply issue crisis, Pro Concrete & Paving has assisted the community by supplying 20000 gloves to hospitals and retirement facilities. To assist and do our part in giving back to our community in lessening the burden of our front-line workers. In the end, the common denominator is that we are all human beings first. All of us helping together will result in expediting the resolution to the condition we are facing.
